Sophy created the Felsted Marketing Department in 2014 and has helped to grow the school from 750 students to over 1050 today. Felsted Marketing has been shortlisted twice for Marketing Campaign of the Year at the TES School Awards 2018 and 2019.
Jack is a passionate digital marketer and joined the Felsted School Marketing team in 2010, prior to graduating from Leeds College of Art & Design and working on various projects in the digital industry. At Felsted Jack has overseen three website builds, won three digital awards and helped form a digital strategy that is a vital part of the school’s overall marketing ethos.
Lauren is Director of Product at Finalsite where she manages our product lifecycles, strategy, and roadmap, as well as working to ensure a superb user experience.

Philippa started her working life in the 1990s in the City of London, initially in institutional equity sales for a leading US investment bank before moving into financial PR. Philippa has worked with independent schools achieving demonstrable results in what is an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Keegan is the Manager of Product Education at Finalsite. In a previous life she worked as a chemistry teacher at an independent school in the US. She and her team manage our daily live webinars, Finalsite Training, and the Knowledge Base to help empower clients to make the most of their Finalsite platform.
After spending time with psychology professors at the University of Oxford, Nick realised the way businesses share information with their audiences online is at odds with how our brains work. In light of this research, he co-founded Turtl, a unique content marketing platform that leverages principles of psychology to improve the performance of content, used by the likes of Cisco, Bloomberg and Allianz.
Vina is Finalsite UK’s expert product trainer and works with clients across the globe to help them get the most from their CMS. With 15 years of technical training experience Vina loves learning and is passionate and enthusiastic about helping people.

Tracy is a Marketing and Communications professional with almost 25 years’ experience within the Independent and International Education sector. Ashley Kirk is Regional Sales Manager, EMEA at Faria Education Group. From his work helping hundreds of schools go paperless with their admissions process on OpenApply, Ashley has gained substantial insight into the complex and varied challenges admissions, marketing and communications teams face in both independent and international schools.
Alex Wack joined Finalsite in 2009 and has spent the last 10 years, developing, managing, and presenting on new Finalsite products. Following Composer’s launch in 2014, Alex has also overseen the releases of Finalsite Feeds, Resources and the upcoming Mobile App.
As UK Production Manager at Finalsite, Kealan oversees the designers and developers in our UK office to deliver innovative and engaging websites to clients across the globe. He has a strong passion for audience-driven web design and has been working closely with schools since 2009 to understand their needs and lead the creative direction of their projects.
